My experience with Rod Genders was initially, after reading his introductory documents, I felt a bit worried, intimidated and apprehensive about contacting him because his professionalism was very impressive, and as we had some difficult situations to discuss, I wondered if we would be able to understand his explanations or legal terms. Rod disagreed with some things we wished to do, but he patiently discussed the matter with us and quietly convinced us, with his advice, on the best way to go about it.
