Identifying Information

In general, you can visit our website without telling us who you are or providing any information about yourself. In some areas of the website, we ask you to provide information that will enable us to process an enquiry, offer services that require registration, assist you with technical support issues or to follow up with you.

Generally, Genders and Partners requests identifying information when you:

You can also send updates of your personal information to this email address, or advise a staff member, to ensure your details are correct and up to date.

Sharing Clients’ Personal Information

Genders and Partners may disclose or receive personal information or documents about you to/from:

Credit Card Security

We understand that clients and enquirers are concerned about credit card security. We use one of the world’s largest funds transfer agencies – PayPal. You do not require a PayPal account in order to make secure internet payments to Genders and Partners – the PayPal payment system accepts VISA and MasterCard credit cards in its secure payment portal. If you choose to make a payment to us using the PayPal secure payment portal, or to use a PayPal account, your personal credit card information will not be given to Genders and Partners. PayPal uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions.

Security of Personal Information

Genders and Partners will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information collected, used or disclosed is accurate, complete, up-to-date and stored in a secure environment protected from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
